• Sturtevant Richmont releases new Torque Screwdriver for Global 400 platform (Oct 21, 2020)

  Sturtevant Richmont of Carol Stream IL released a new addition to the tool inventory of the Global 400 platform the 1350TD.

  This manual screw driver communicates via XBee radio at 2.4GHz and has operating modes of Peak, TAM (torque with Angle monitoring), T2A (torque to and Angle), Residual Torque and Prevailing Torque. Bi-directional accuracy of +/- 2% Indicated Value from 5% to 100% of tool capacity. A back lit display showing both Torque and Angle. A visible light band turns Yellow then Green, with an audible tone and vibrating handle. If torque or angle are exceeded light band turns Red. Units of measure in in/oz, in/lbs, cNm, NM and cmKg. 

  

  Our Global 400 platform of either the Global 400 or 400MP provide Parameter set or Job information. All tool readings are available with date and time. Complete process contols are sent to the tool and they direct the operator. Ranges covered are 5 in/oz to 100 in/oz  and 4 in/lbs to 80 in/lbs.
