Winter Technologies LLC is a ‘value added’ distributor of tubular products that help in solving developmental, manufacturing and process challenges in high purity piping applications for regular, medium and high pressure tubing. Many of the processes used today for the manufacturing, electropolishing and cleaning of tubing and fittings were developed by Winter Technologies’ associates. This experience, plus successful timely innovation, and a willingness to take reasonable risks are key to achieving individual and company growth.

    We offer;

    Cleaning,  Clean for Oxygen Service (CFOS) CGA G-4.1, ASTM G-93 Mil Spec’s TCC per ASTM A632. We’ll clean your 
    hoses and compression fittings

    Passivation, Passivation improves the corrosion inhibiting properties of stainless steel and other metals. 
    WinTech passivates per ASTM A380. ASTM A967, SAE AMS2700 and QQ-P-35.

    Pickling, Pickling per ASTM A380 is a cleaning process that involves the actual chemical de-scaling of the 
    metal article.

    Electropolishing, The electropolished component will have an improved corrosion resistance and brighter appearance.
    WinTech electropolish per ASTM B912 and or ASTM A967. 


    ID and OD polishing/honing to customer specified grit and Ra finishes
