Mudd Law welcomes everyone to the 2020 Virtual SpaceCom!
Since 2001, Mudd Law has advised clients at the forefront of emerging technologies. Over the last few years, it expanded into the space sector representing clients on diverse export control, licensing, and regulatory matters. It also provides general business and IP representation. Its principal, Charles Lee Mudd Jr., regularly speaks on space law and participates in local and international space policy development. Last year, he spoke at the United Nations (UNOOSA) space law and policy conference in Turkey for which Mudd Law launched a student space scholarship. At SmallSat 2020, Charles presented a side meeting on the new FCC orbital debris regulations. Recently, he participated in a Working Group for the UN Dark & Quiet Skies Workshop. Charles serves as a board member of ITechLaw and NewSpace Chicago.
