With more than 20 years of Project Management and Process Improvement experience, Wendy Romeu has successfully built her business by providing Project Assurance® for her clients.
She founded Alluvionic in 2013 to help businesses achieve their process and system implementation goals, implementing a portfolio of best-in-class project management tools and proven techniques. Alluvionic is a woman-owned, 8(a) certified solutions provider of project management, process improvement, product development, and cybersecurity services and is one of Central Florida's 2021 Orlando Business Journal Best Places to Work.
Applying her comprehensive knowledge of Project Management, Romeu and her team have effectively led extensive enterprise Process Improvement, CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration), PMO (Project Management Office), and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementations for a wide range of clients in various industries.
Romeu is a graduate of Florida State University (FSU) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Masters in MIS. She is a PMP (Project Management Professional), a Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a Leadership Brevard graduate. Romeu has served on several boards throughout the country including Junior Achievement of the Space Coast, APICS, Economic Development Commission (EDC) of Florida’s Space Coast, Fourth Shift ERP User’s Groups, and the Tourette Association of America Florida Chapter.
Additionally, she has become recognized in the Central Florida region as a rising female entrepreneur. In 2021, Romeu was recognized on the Seminole 100 list as one of the 100 fastest-growing FSU alumni-owned or alumni-led businesses. She was also awarded as a 2021 Enterprising Woman of the Year, a once-in-a-lifetime recognition that recognizes some of the world’s most dynamic top women entrepreneurs.
