Where we can significantly reduce the concentration of space debris, reducing the risk to orbital and launch flight safety, optimizing the utility of the domain, and ensuring freedom of action for future generation. Debris salvage can assist in future studies for the longevity and sustainment in space, allowing for development of new technologies to enable long-term habitation and use of space.
