Mark Ovesny, is an experienced government subcontracts manager with over 25 years supporting NASA’s human spaceflight efforts. Winner of NASA’s Silver Snoopy for development of a plan to significantly upgrade the International Space Station mockups to allow for increased crew training, he completed a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on space tourism. During that program he published the paper “Stars in the Rearview Mirror: The Grand Tour as a guide to the development of space tourism.” Currently he is the Operations Manager for Anadarko Industries, LLC overseeing four contracts at Johnson Space Center.
