Tony James is a Chief Architect at Red Hat, focusing on scientific computing and space. As a member of the customer-led open innovation team within the CTO organization, Tony works closely with space agencies and research organizations to gather insights and drive innovation through open-source solutions. In addition, Tony represents Red Hat as a member of the Edge Computing in Space Alliance with the goals of democratizing access to space and cooperating on joint technology development projects. His experience spans over two decades and includes roles in both the private and public sectors.
