Sid Kaul serves as the Chief Technology Officer at All Points and is a member of the Executive Leadership. He is responsible for shaping the strategic vision and developing innovative products and services for All Points and its customers. Sid brings over 25 years of experience from Aerospace, Healthcare, Cybersecurity, Supply Chain, Aviation, Infrastructure and Defense sectors.
In his previous role in the last decade, Sid served as the Director of Strategic Innovation for General Dynamics shaping solutions like the Mission Planning for US Navy ONR, Command Post Computing Environment for US Army PEOC3T, Cyber Resiliency for SOCOM, Global Logistics for USTRANSCOM and Space C2 for JSpOC (US Space Command).
Prior to General Dynamics, Sid was the Chief Technology Officer for InfoPro, a Systems Integrator that supported solutions for the DHS, CBP, US Department of State and the US Treasury. Before InfoPro, Sid served as the Vice President for Federal and Strategic Programs for CombineNet, a Carnegie Mellon University software startup that provided multi-variate combinatorial optimization solutions and achieved a 10x+ private equity exit. Before CombineNet, Sid served as the Chief Information Officer in the New York Presbyterian (NYP) Healthcare System of Columbia and Cornell Universities where he oversaw Systems, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and HIPAA Compliance. Preceding the NYP System role, Sid held various positions at the Tata Consultancy Services, Aditya Birla Group, and US Airways. He serves on several Boards and is also a member of IEEE & ACM.
As an entrepreneur, Sid has founded multiple technology startups to create jobs, develop innovative solutions, contribute to the community, and achieve significant financial exits.
Sid earned an MS with a specialization in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, he has an MBA with a major in Marketing and a minor in Finance. He also received a Bachelors degree with a major in Computer Science.
