Profile

Dr Pack has always had a desire & passion for helping others and making a difference in people's lives, her caring, empathetic nature led her to pursue an MS in Psychology as well as to become a licensed nurse where she worked with a vast array of patient populations in various settings. Her strong work ethic and leadership led to her running multiple surgical units & nursing floors as well as the Int’l. Nurses Assoc. presenting her an award for Excellence and Leadership in Nursing.
After completing a PhD in Psychology, she completed her post-doctoral work in Traumatic Stress Studies and became certified in Grief, Trauma, & CBT as well as a Non-Denominational Ordained Minister & Certified Level 3 Reiki Master. Dr Pack is a proud member of the National Honors Society as well as the National Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists.
In 2017 Dr Pack decided that traditional talk therapy while helpful, wasn’t enough to help people become “unstuck” in therapy so she methodically developed a unique and collaborative approach to help empower others to become their best via her successful therapeutic coaching practice. In 2021 Dr Pack became an Analog Astronaut Candidate, active collaborator, and researcher with Avatar Medic and MMAARS, Inc serving as PI and Co PI on multiple projects as well as coauthoring at least half a dozen papers. Dr Pack has assisted in the development and research of new and existing protocols and technologies in the areas of Space Medicine, Technology, and Human Factors. Dr Pack has spoken at many prestigious events and conferences including the United Nations on multiple occasions, after which, she was asked to become the United States Ambassador for International Humanitarian efforts for Britts Global Organization.
She serves as an advocate for invisible illness, domestic violence, and sexual assault, to help bring awareness and change, and proudly donates her time and services to individuals, charities & organizations in need.
