Quantum Space

Profile

Ms. Hall is the Vice President of Programs at Quantum Space, acting as program manager for Quantum Scout 1; the company’s first Cis-Lunar spacecraft. Prior to this she worked as a Business Development Consultant, identifying opportunities for the company’s commercial space portfolio. Ms Hall has over 30 years of aerospace technical and management leadership in the space industry
Ms. Hall founded and co-owned Millennium Engineering and Integration in 1995 growing the engineering services company to just under 1000 employees when it was merged in 2021 to become Axient Corporation. As part of the executive team at Millennium, she served on the board of directors as well as working with customers on defensive missile and spacecraft programs; including the Jet Propulsion Laboratory’s Deep Space One and the Missile Defense Agency’s Near Field Infra Red Experiment (NFIRE) spacecraft.
Ms. Hall served in the U.S. Air Force. While in the Air Force, she managed the integration, test, launch and early operations of the Miniature Sensor Technology integration (MSTI) experiments; launching and operating three separate spacecraft. She entered the Air Force through the Reserve Officer Training Corps in 1987 holding engineering assignments in space and missile defense at the Air Force Astronautics Laboratory.
Ms. Hall is a 1987 graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; she holds a Bachelor of Science in Bio Medical Engineering with a concentration in electrical control systems.
