Awarded 4 Phase I and 4 Phase II Air Force SBIRs and winner of the 2022 SBA competition for National Security & Defense, Enduralock’s technologies include: 1) Mechanically self-aligning electrical, mechanical, & fluid connector for robotic ISAM. 2) Mechanically locking, high vibration resistant fasteners, that are reversible and reusable with a hex socket. They survived 10x the aerospace vibration requirement, they remain locked with loss of preload, & they eliminate safety wire in missiles & aircraft/spacecraft. A robotic end effector was developed for fastener installation. 3) Nut plates that engage off-axis bolts & then self-align. They’re ideal for robotic in-space assembly, & they reduce aircraft maintenance times. 4) The first mechanically locking nut plate being developed for use in an extreme vibration environment. 5) Mechanically locking fluid connector.
